For roles that need it, recruit for model development, schedules, families or coordination experience. Agree the software and level of responsibility before the search.
Tender and construction documentation
Prepare and update tender, construction or as-built drawing sets from the information your team supplies. Include take-offs or other supporting tasks only where they fit the role.
Your drafter works as part of your team, using your software, templates and drawing standards. Lynk handles employment and local support.

The drafting discipline and software matter as much as the job title. Specialist detailing, project complexity and coordination duties can change the final quote.

Your final fee is confirmed before you hire. It depends on the candidate, software skills and responsibilities.
Allow about 10% for Australian project experience, rounded to $50. The team calculator uses the upper end of this range with Australian experience included.

Yes. You provide software licences and access, templates, standards and the review process. Confirm the software version and collaboration tools in the brief. Your drafter follows the drawing review and approval process used by the rest of your team.

Where it is required, we can target people with Australian project experience. Review their project background, software skills, communication and the work behind their portfolio. The optional pricing allowance is a guide, with the actual fee confirmed before you proceed.
