A team in practice

Stratum Civil added tender capacity with two civil estimators, while finance staff took on invoicing, payments and reconciliations. Lynk recruited and employed the team; Stratum led their work.
“Their team immediately took control of our invoicing, payments, and reconciliations, lifting a huge burden off our team.”

Illustrative starting points. Your workload, software and required experience shape the roles we recruit.

Working together
A shared workplace gives your people familiar colleagues, easier handovers and local support. Bring them into your meetings and workflows, just as you would any other member of your team.
Choose each person, set priorities, provide specialist software and training, and review the output.

A practical starting point
Start with your most pressing workload. Agree the wider plan, then recruit in an order your business can support.
Define responsibilities, experience, software and who each person will report to.
Interview candidates and review agreed work samples. Confirm each person’s cost and availability.
Prepare access and initial tasks. Add the next person when the workload and onboarding capacity are there.
Before you decide
Yes. Include the coordination and technical experience you need in the brief. Your business retains project direction and approvals.
Speak to Lynk about the concern. During the first 90 days, replacement recruitment is included at no additional recruitment cost, subject to your service agreement.
Give 30 calendar days’ written notice for a standalone hire or an individual position while the team continues. Ending the entire agreed team arrangement requires 60 calendar days’ written notice in total. A single standalone hire remains on 30 days. Your signed service agreement confirms the applicable terms.
