What's the minimum contract term?

There is no long-term contract.You can end the arrangement at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Most clients keep their team members long term once they see the value.

How much do I actually save?

A full-time offshore hire typically costs 50–70% less than hiring locally in Australia for the same role.

This includes employment costs, payroll, compliance, and infrastructure.

Do you invoice in AUD or USD?

We can invoice in AUD, GBP, USD or NZD.

Exchange rates are locked monthly so there are no mid-month fluctuations.You receive one clear invoice each month.

What happens if the person doesn't work out?

If the hire isn’t the right fit within the first 90 days, we will source a replacement at no additional recruitment cost.

We handle the transition so you don’t need to manage the process.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time $600 setup fee which covers recruitment, background checks, equipment setup, and onboarding.

This fee is only charged after you have selected your candidate.
