A few things to know before you build your team.
Is there a setup fee?
Managed Offshore Staffing has a one-time AUD $600 setup fee after you select a candidate. Recruitment-only and EOR are separate services with their own pricing.
What’s the minimum contract term?
There is no long-term contract. You can end the managed staffing arrangement with 30 days’ notice.
Which currencies can you invoice in?
We can invoice in AUD, GBP, USD or NZD. Your quote confirms the currency and billing terms for your arrangement.
How do I compare this with hiring locally?
Compare the full cost of employment and support, including payroll, office space, equipment and HR, as well as salary. The difference depends on the role and experience you need.
What if I already have someone to hire?
Our Employer of Record service may suit you. You choose the person and manage their work; Lynk handles their local employment. See EOR pricing.
