Yes. Lynk Global employs the team member through our Philippine entity. Your business remains responsible for their day-to-day work, training and performance.
Can we use EOR for someone we have already found?+
Yes. EOR is designed for businesses that already have a preferred candidate or existing team member and need a local employment structure.
Is recruitment included?+
No. Recruitment is a separate service. Lynk can recruit and shortlist candidates for a fixed fee when required.
What does the EOR fee cover?+
The fee covers employment documentation, payroll coordination, statutory contributions, leave administration, HR support and local compliance.
Are salary and employment costs included in the $499 fee?+
No. Salary, statutory contributions, benefits, leave costs and 13th-month pay are charged separately at cost.
Are equipment and office space included?+

How long does setup take?+
Most employees can be set up within two to four weeks once the role, salary, employee information and required documentation have been confirmed.
