If no hire is made, no balance is payable. The commencement fee is non-refundable once sourcing has begun. Plus applicable taxes.

What happens if we do not hire anyone?
No balance is payable. The $500 commencement fee is non-refundable once sourcing has begun.
How many candidates will we receive?
The focus is on a relevant shortlist, not a fixed volume of CVs. Most clients receive three to four strong profiles, although this varies by role and market availability.
Does the fee include employment?
No. This is recruitment only. Your business must have a compliant employment arrangement or engage Lynk separately for EOR or Managed Offshore Staffing.
