Drawing production
Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details and issue sets from the model. Your team provides drawing standards and reviews the documentation before issue.
Families and schedules
Maintain model content, families and schedules where the role requires it. Check candidates’ experience with the specific Revit tasks that matter to your team.
Revisions and coordination support
Work through mark-ups, maintain revision records and support linked-model coordination. Include any additional coordination software and review duties in the role requirements.
Your team provides systems, standards and technical review. You retain responsibility for design decisions, issue approval and any required professional sign-off.

Revit uses our drafting budget as a starting guide. Discipline, model complexity and coordination responsibilities can change the final quote.

Indicative ranges, not a price ceiling. Experience, specialist skills and the role requirements can put the final quote above or below these figures.
The optional Australian experience allowance is approximately 10%, rounded to $50. The main pricing table and team calculator use the upper end of the range with this option selected; do not add the allowance again. We confirm your candidate’s actual fee before you proceed.

- Salary, Philippine statutory contributions and 13th-month pay

- One-off AUD $600 setup fee after choosing a candidate
- Refundable deposit equal to one month’s agreed staffing fee, held under your service agreement

Who provides Revit licences and project access?
Your business provides the software licences, versions and system access your drafter needs. Lynk supplies the Manila office, workstation and local IT support as part of managed staffing.
Will they take responsibility for design or certification?
Your drafter works to your design direction, templates and review process. Your designated reviewer retains design decisions, drawing approval and any required professional sign-off. This is a dedicated staffing role.
