The role
Whether the gap is quantity measurement or a more experienced estimating position, we search for the background your next hire needs.
Measure civil drawings, prepare BOQs and track revisions for your earthworks, drainage, roads or services projects.
Prepare estimates using your rates and supplier information, with assumptions ready for your team to review.
Review tender documents, compare supplier and subcontractor quotes, and prepare schedules and clarifications.
Measure variations and keep estimating and handover records current as projects are awarded.
Your team provides systems, standards and technical review. You retain responsibility for final pricing, margins and commercial sign-off.

These figures include salary, employment costs, the Manila office, equipment and Lynk support. AUD per month for one dedicated, full-time civil estimator.
These ranges already include a 10% planning allowance for civil/infrastructure experience. The optional Australian project experience allowance is separate.

The optional Australian experience allowance is approximately 10%, rounded to $50. The main pricing table and team calculator use the upper end of the range with this option selected; do not add the allowance again. We confirm your candidate’s actual fee before you proceed.
