What to budget for separately
$600 setup per hire, a refundable deposit equal to one month of agreed fees, and your specialist software. Your quote confirms the final fee and any tax.

Is this right for my business?

Can you find someone with our software and Australian experience?
Tell us the software, project types and experience your role requires. We assess candidates against that brief, and you interview before choosing. Experience and software skills affect availability and the final fee.
How soon could someone start?
Timing depends on the role, candidate availability and notice periods. We’ll agree a recruitment plan and confirm the start date with your chosen candidate.
What if the hire isn’t the right fit?
Within the first 6 months (180 days), Lynk will source a replacement at no additional recruitment cost, subject to your agreement. Standard notice is 30 days for an individual hire and 60 days for an entire agreed team arrangement.
