About the Role
Lynk Global is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter specialising in Concept Draftsperson to support our Australian construction clients. Projects span across residential renovations and extensions, as well as commercial and industrial construction.
You'll turn design briefs into practical, accurate and well-presented concepts in Revit, including floor plans, elevations and basic 3D views. Working under the direction of senior drafting and project staff, your drawings will support client presentations, sales, take-offs and preliminary estimating.
This role focuses on concept design and early-stage drafting, rather than responsibility for detailed design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Revit concept drawings from design briefs, sketches and reference information.
- Develop floor plans, elevations and basic 3D views that clearly communicate the proposed design.
- Include sufficient dimensions and detail to support take-offs and preliminary estimating.
- Revise designs following feedback, maintaining accurate models and organised drawing files.
- Work closely with the client's drafting, sales and estimating teams to meet agreed deadlines.
- Experienced Concept Draftsperson with the ability to work in an independent stand-alone role.
- Must be confident in Revit software (Mid-Level)
- Background in residential and/or renovations drafting or design.
- Ability to interpret a brief and develop practical layouts with strong attention to accuracy and presentation.
- Understanding of residential construction and how concept drawings support estimating.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to follow direction, ask questions and apply feedback.
- Australian project experience would be an advantage but not essential.
