About the Role
Lynk Global is looking for experienced Civil Estimators to support construction and civil contractors in Australia and New Zealand. You'll work directly with your assigned client's team, preparing accurate take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions.
Our opportunities cover civil works, concrete, hard and soft landscaping, earthworks, drainage, water and wastewater infrastructure, pipelines and ground engineering, including technically challenging civil projects. We welcome candidates with strong estimating experience in one or more of these areas.

About the Role
Lynk Global is looking for experienced Civil Estimators to support construction and civil contractors in Australia and New Zealand. You'll work directly with your assigned client's team, preparing accurate take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents to understand the full scope of work.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bills of quantities and estimates covering materials, labour, plant and subcontractors.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes, compare pricing and identify missing scope.
- Build and maintain estimate workbooks, pricing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Identify scope gaps, project risks, assumptions and exclusions, and raise queries with the client's team.
- Prepare tender submissions within agreed deadlines and support handover to the delivery team.
- 5+ years' experience in civil estimating or quantity surveying, with the ability to prepare detailed estimates independently.
- Solid understanding of civil construction methods, costs and productivity.
- Experience across civil works, earthworks, concreating, drainage and water infrastructure.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using take-off or estimating software, such as Bluebeam, Cubit, CostX or similar.
- Confident interpreting drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear English communication skill both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and efficiently managing the pre-construction estimating process
- Australian or New Zealand project experience is highly regarded.
