About the Role
Lynk Global is looking for a Civil Estimator to join our Manila team and work directly with our client, a Queensland-based civil construction contractor delivering residential subdivisions, civil infrastructure, bulk earthworks, roadworks, utilities and commercial projects.
You will support the estimating and tendering team by preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender documentation across civil construction projects.

About the Role
Lynk Global is looking for a Civil Estimator to join our Manila team and work directly with our client, a Queensland-based civil construction contractor delivering residential subdivisions, civil infrastructure, bulk earthworks, roadworks, utilities and commercial projects.
You will support the estimating and tendering team by preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender documentation across civil construction projects.
The role will suit someone with hands-on estimating experience across scopes such as:
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Residential subdivisions and land development
- Roadworks and pavements
- Stormwater and drainage
- Sewer, water and underground utilities
- Retaining walls and associated civil works
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from civil construction drawings
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documentation
- Measure quantities across earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and other civil scopes
- Assist with tender pricing, cost breakdowns and bid submissions
- Identify project scope, quantities, materials, labour and plant requirements
- Review tender documentation and identify potential scope gaps or discrepancies
- Assist with obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Maintain accurate estimating records, worksheets and supporting documentation
- Work closely with Stratum Civil's estimators, project managers and construction teams
- Complete estimates accurately and within required tender deadlines
- Support tender handovers and other estimating activities as require
- 6+ years' experience in civil construction estimating or quantity surveying
- Experience preparing quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with civil works such as earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities or subdivisions
- Familiarity with estimating and take-off software such as Expert Estimation, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Work directly on Australian civil construction projects
- You will be joining an established offshore team who are currently working directly for this client out of our office.
