About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter (ArchiCAD) to support an Australian residential construction and property development business. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation across a range of residential projects, working closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality drafting outputs.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter (ArchiCAD) to support an Australian residential construction and property development business. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation across a range of residential projects, working closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality drafting outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD.
- Work on Australian residential architecture and interior design projects.
- Assist with concept drawings, design development, and construction documentation.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and complete drawing sets.
- Update drawings based on feedback from architects, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, well-presented, and completed within project deadlines.
- Support residential renovations, new builds, and interior design documentation.
- Maintain organized project files, drawing records, and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Australian team to understand project requirements and drafting priorities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is required.
- Experience preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential projects.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Experience working on residential homes, detached dwellings, renovations, or medium-density developments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
- Experience supporting residential construction projects is highly desirable.
- Experience working with an Australian (AU) client or supporting Australian residential projects is highly regarded.
- Work on a diverse range of Australian residential construction projects.
