Before choosing business support, look at how often the work comes up and who needs to manage it. A short project, a few hours of occasional admin and an ongoing construction role need different arrangements.
What is on-demand business support?
On-demand support usually means buying help for a defined task, project or block of hours. The provider’s scope, availability and terms determine what is included. It can suit work that does not justify a dedicated employee.
Ask who will do the work, who reviews it, how changes are priced and what happens if the workload increases. A flexible service still needs a clear brief and someone in your business responsible for the outcome.
When a dedicated role makes more sense
Consider a dedicated employee when the work is recurring, depends on your systems and requires regular contact with your team. In construction, that could include quantity take-offs, drawing revisions, project records or accounts administration.
List the tasks, weekly workload, software and review process before deciding. If the workload spans several areas, check that the combination is realistic for one person.
How Lynk’s managed staffing works
Lynk recruits a dedicated offshore team member to your brief. You interview shortlisted candidates and choose who joins your business. Your team member works from our Manila office and reports directly to you.
You manage their tasks, priorities, training in your processes and performance. Lynk handles recruitment, local employment, payroll, HR and office support. This is an ongoing staffing service; it does not promise hourly task support or a 24–48-hour start.
Choosing the right service
If you only need help finding someone, our recruitment service covers the search. If you already have a candidate and need local employment support, consider Employer of Record.
For recruitment, employment and an office together, see managed offshore staffing. We confirm the role, costs and expected hiring schedule before you proceed.
