About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Officer to join an Australian Civil contracting team based at our Manila office. Candidates may have previous residential development construction experience and could manage multiple projects whilst upholding quality and safety onsite. Projects include bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial and commercial projects.
You will be joining an established team of five offshore employees who also work directly for the company out of our office in BGC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures.
- Prepare and manage ITPs and quality documentation.
- Effective programming of daily site activities
- Identify and resolve non-conformances.
- Communicate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Mentor staff on QA/QC requirements.
- Leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor others.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.
- Review project documents and drawings to understand project requirements
- Facilitate continuous development and improvement of quality assurance procedures.
- Experience across civil projects and residential developments is required.
- Ability to work in this role independently and take ownership
- Strong background in project delivery and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and strong level of English
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and standards.
