Responsibilities 

•  Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation based on engineering designs and specifications 
• Produce structural plans, sections, details, and reinforcement drawings for construction projects 
• Interpret structural calculations, sketches, and design notes from engineers 
• Update drawings based on markups, revisions, and project changes 
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and company documentation procedures 
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency 
• Maintain organized drawing registers and revision records 
• Assist in preparing structural documentation packages for project submissions and construction use 
• Utilize drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to develop and update drawings 
• Support project teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date design documentation 

  
Experience  

•  Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field 
• At least 2 years of experience as a Structural Drafter in construction, engineering, or design projects 
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction documentation 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage) 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, and specifications 
• Familiarity with construction standards and drafting practices 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage drawing revisions accurately 
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with engineers and project teams
