Responsibilities 
  •  Provide high-level administrative support to company executives and leadership teams 
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for executive meetings 
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives 
  • Organize meeting schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes 
  • Assist in managing priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups on key action items 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism 
  • Support coordination between departments, clients, and external partners 
  • Assist with administrative processes, documentation, and operational tasks as required 
  • Ensure efficient organization of executive files, records, and correspondence 
  
Experience  
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 
  • Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced business environment
