Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to company executives and leadership teams
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for executive meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Organize meeting schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Assist in managing priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups on key action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support coordination between departments, clients, and external partners
- Assist with administrative processes, documentation, and operational tasks as required
- Ensure efficient organization of executive files, records, and correspondence
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced business environment
