The Opportunity
  
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, all-rounder role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is eager to take ownership of a wide range of tasks. You'll be the go-to support for our directors - ensuring smooth operation of the office, providing essential administration support with sales processes, data entry, managing recruitment admin and helping drive our marketing presence through social media and LinkedIn.
  
What You'll be Doing:
  • Maintain office presentation and manage small errands/tasks as needed
  • Ordering office stationery, supplies and IT equipment
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating new starter requirements
  • Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Build call lists and support lead generation activities
  • Assist with identifying sales leads and setting up email sequences
  • Grow our LinkedIn network by connecting with prospects and following business pages.
  • Recruitment admin including writing job adverts and posting on platforms
  • Managed advert responses and email to arrange interviews
  • Create candidate profiles for sales presentations and client submissions
  • General ad hoc administration and data entry duties
  
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in office administration, marketing support, or sales admin
  • Ideally, experience working with an Australian company or BPO environment
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confident with LinkedIn and basic social media management
  • Knowledge of Canva or any creative platforms will be highly regarded
  • Experience in data entry and CRM
  • Must be organised, proactive and be willing to support across multiple departments
